Alan James Bickley

Alan served in the Australian Army 21st Engineer Support Troop and was stationed in Nui Dat Vietnam in 1966. His last day he was wounded by shrapnel when a mortar detonated in front of him. Alan passed away September 3, 2015 from cancers due to his exposure to Agent Orange. The last 2 years of his life he drank 2 bottles of wine each night just to get the faces of the men he killed out of his mind. He used to cry and yell in his sleep. +Lest We forget+
